Order & Return Policy

This Page Explains The Process For Customers Returns, Refunds, Exchange & Missing Products, Cancellation & Shipping Process, Shipping Delays & Tacking of your shipment.

We can modify our Returns, Refunds, Exchange, Missing Products & Cancellation Process, policy from time to time, without any prior intimation to our old customers or subscribed customers of this website www.shopipmart.com  hence you are always advised to always check this page before making a purchase from us on this website.

Return or Replacement of Your Products-

Please raise a return & replacement ticket within two days from the date of delivery of your product, if you’ve received wrong or damaged product.  In case Of Apparels the return & replacement ticket has to be raised with one day from the date of delivery of your products. Please keep the original packing of the product with the invoice copy for return & replacement product request, as courier partner will verify the product & will take the return & replacement in the original packing at the time of delivery.

Please raise a request with the order number and your contact details, & email to –[email protected] (Kindly mention order number in the subject line of email, & email body). Also kindly specify the nature of complaint in the email, with the picture of the product you are raising the ticket / complaint for. (Kindly try to keep the complaint short & to point). Complaint raised without the product image will not be entertained) & if time period lapses in adhering to compliance of this process then a return & replacement will not be entertained.

Missing Products –

In case your product is missing, informs us immediately on [email protected]   (Kindly mention Missing followed by order number in the subject line of email, & email body), as soon as you receive the product, try & check your ordered products  in front of the delivery person from the courier company.

Kindly give us three business working days to review your request for missing product complaints.

After reviewing your complaint, & if accepted, we will send our courier partner to pick up the product for which you have raised the complaint.

In an event if one certain pin code reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier company. We will reimburse the courier charges borne by you in your bank account by NEFT or on PayTM Wallet; we have only these two methods of paying you back for charges borne by you for self-shipping the products back to us. Reimbursement will be made for self-shipped products, only after original product is received by us. If you have shipped some other products to us, then your self-shipping cost will not be borne by us. (WE WILL NEED THE COPY OF ORIGINAL RECEIPT WITH INVOICE NUMBER FROM OF THE COURIER COMPANY WITH WHICH YOU HAVE SELF-SHIPPED OUR ORIGINAL PRODUCTS TO US. THE AMOUNT FOR SELF-SHIPPED PRODUCT SHOUD NOT EXCEEDS ONE HUNDRED RUPEES. ANY AMOUNT OVER & ABOVE ONE HUNDRED RUPEES ONLY SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR PAYMENT BY US).

We will verify the products after receiving it and initiate the replacement or refund. Please note that replacement or missing product request will depend upon the stock availability, if we are out of stock we will refund your money, or you can purchase some things else for the same value from our website www.shopip.in, you will need to select the product of your choice & email the same email on which you had raise the complaint, you will need to share the URL of the product you wish to take in exchange. If your product selected by you is of higher value than that of your original product, then you will need to pay us the difference, after you paying the difference amount we will ship the product to you.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by “Clicking on Cancel button”, You can find cancel button under order detail page under “My Account”. You can only cancel the order before it’s processed by us for dispatch, if the order is been processed by us then, you will not see the cancel button. In this event you will have to email us on [email protected]  with the subject line (Kindly mention Cancel My Order followed by order number in the subject line of email, & email body you wish to cancel)

Refund Process –

You will receive your refund by the mode you have paid i.e. by  your credit, debit card, bank account or from where the payment was made by you to us. (You can be assured your payment will be reversed by us).

Under what conditions return or replacement requests will not be accepted by SHOPIP

  1. Damaged product delivered to you.
  2. Wrong product delivered to you.
  3. Missing products.
  4. Size is not correct of the product.
  5. If you have Broken the seal of the products, used it, got it repaired, got is stitched altered it, cut it, products with stain, have removed original parts or liquid & have replaced with duplicate ones. (Liquid In case of printer inks or any other product having liquid or semi liquid like printer ink etc etc)
  1. Original packaging is missing with the invoice.
  2. If return, replacement or missing complaint is made after two days of the date of delivery &

For apparels after one day of the date of delivery the product.

Shopip reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior intimation to the customer; however you will be intimated later by SHOPIP with a reason why we have cancelled your order. If your order is pre-paid, we will refund your money within 7 working days after the cancellation of your order. You will receive your refund by the mode you have paid i.e. to your credit, debit card, bank account or from where the payment was made by you to us. (You can be assured your payment will be reversed by us).

Cash On Deliver Refunds – (Presently We Don’t Have COD) in case we have in future we will follow below mentioned process for the refund for COD orders.

For Cash on Delivery orders customers will have to give their bank account number with IFSC Code we will refund the money by NEFT.

Shipping Process & Tracking of Your Order, Shipment Not Delivered –

It takes approx. one business day to process your order. (Sundays & On National Holidays Orders Will Not Be Processed).

As soon as you order is processed you will an email with tacking ID, Courier partner name, you can track your shipment, & you can track the order on the courier partner website by entering in the tracking number. Tracking status only gets updated after shipment is picked by the courier partner. However at time it may take up to few hours even after the shipment is picked by the courier partner.

We at present will be shipping your order by shiprocket.in you can track your orders after its shipped on shiprocket.in or you can directly visit this URL – https://www.shiprocket.in/shipment-tracking/  to track your order, by entering AWB Number / Tracking Id sent on email to you.

How My Order Is Shipped By Surface or by Air & time taken to deliver –

All the customers’ orders at present are shipped by Surface, & it takes up to 5 to 7 working days for your

Orders to be delivered to you after it’s dispatched from us,  It all depends on your pin code, certain orders can take longer than 7days, & certain orders can may get delivered even before the estimated time of delivery.

Order is taking too long to be delivered / tracking can’t be done –

In case your order is taking too long to deliver & has crossed delivery date or your orders can’t be tracked, please email us at [email protected]  Kindly mention Shipments – followed by order number & tracking number in the subject line of email, & email body), we will take care of the same, & get back to within 1-2 business working day. (Sundays & National Holiday we won’t revert).
